As the Superintendent - K-12 Ground-Up Construction, you will take full ownership of on-site execution, reporting to a Senior Project Manager or Project Executive. You will:Lead all field operations for ground-up K-12 construction projects from mobilization through close-out. Drive schedule, safety, quality, and productivity across self-performed and subcontracted scopes. Coordinate subcontractors, inspectors, and project stakeholders to ensure seamless execution. Enforce safety standards and maintain an exceptional jobsite safety culture. Manage short-interval planning, look-aheads, and daily reporting. For the Superintendent - K-12 Ground-Up Construction, we are seeking:Proven experience as a Superintendent delivering ground-up K-12 or education projects. Background with projects typically ranging from $20 M-$80 M - Strong understanding of scheduling, site logistics, and subcontractor coordination. Experience working for a commercial general contractor. Working knowledge of construction technology (Procore or similar platforms preferred)Willingness to travel regionally, with a long-term desire to live and work within a major Southeastern metro.
