Are you a new or upcoming graduate looking to bypass the standard "med-surg" route? Step directly into a high-acuity specialty. As an Acute RN with DaVita, you won’t just be a nurse; you’ll be the dialysis expert in the hospital. You will work autonomously across the ICU, CCU, and ED, collaborating with hospital intensivists and rapid response teams to provide life-saving care for patients with acute and end-stage renal disease. What You’ll Do:Specialized Critical Care: Deliver advanced inpatient therapies including Hemodialysis, CRRT (Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy), and Apheresis. Collaborative Autonomy: Act as the subject matter expert while working alongside hospital multidisciplinary teams to adjust treatments and ensure top-tier quality outcomes. Dynamic Environment: No two days are the same—rotate between premier hospital partners in the Columbus area and gain exposure to a variety of clinical units. What We’re Looking For:Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN). Licensure: Active Ohio RN license (or eligible to sit for the NCLEX).
