Our client is seeking experienced professionals to support large-scale transmission line construction programs as a Construction Project Coordinator. This is a high-impact role focused on front-end planning, constructability, and project oversight rather than day-to-day field construction management. Key Responsibilities:Support major transmission line projects from early-stage planning through construction execution. Lead and contribute to constructability reviews and pre-construction strategy. Coordinate across engineering, permitting, and construction teams to ensure projects are set up for success. Identify and mitigate project risks, including right-of-way, permitting, access planning, and crossings. Assist with 12-18 month forward planning for upcoming construction efforts. Participate in site walkdowns and client meetings as needed. . The Successful Applicant. Qualifications:~15 years of experience in transmission line construction, project management, or construction management. Strong understanding of utility transmission projects and construction workflows. Proven ability to evaluate constructability and risk in complex infrastructure projects. Comfortable working remotely with periodic travel. Additional Details:Location: Flexible (Dallas/ Fort Worth preferred, but not required)Multiple openings due to project demand. Not a traditional CM role - focused on oversight, coordination, and upfront project planning.
