As a Associate Account Executive you’ll contribute to our success in the following ways:Ensures that all activities performed align with the vision of Elara Caring’s board of directors, executive team, and the leadership of the sales team. Gathers information on assigned referral sources. Makes in person sales calls to gather their needs and provide solutions. Provides on-going support to retain customers. Ensures prompt and accurate answers to referral sources and partners. Builds strong relationships, through regular communication. Reports on the status of accounts. Suggests Elara Caring services that maximize the referral sources outcomes and desired outcomes. Coordinates with Key Account Managers, Clinical teams, and internal partners to support sales plans for key clients. Promotes new products/services to existing customers. Reports and follows-up on identified patient concerns and quality of care issues to the appropriate individuals. What is Required? Bachelor’s Degree, or a combination of education and experience will be considered in lieu of a degree. Understanding of sales principles and ability to deliver customer satisfaction. Effective presentation skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of the healthcare industry is preferred. Must have a dependable vehicle, valid drivers license and auto insurance in accordance with the laws of the state. You will report to the Area Vice President of Sales.
