Assist in planning a content calendar with input from our internal Talent Acquisitions, Talent Management, Corporate Communications, and Global Inclusion teams Write blog posts for our careers site that position our company as a destination employer and increase key traffic and engagement metrics, ultimately increasing applications to roles across the company Create and support social media content that provides a compelling “why” for our target audiences to be interested in and learn more about working at Aramark through effective storytelling of current employees Help with photography and videography as needed Contribute to digital and print marketing projects as needed (Canva, signage, etc.) Complete light office tasks and follow Aramark safety policies At Aramark, developing new skills and doing what it takes to get the job done make a positive impact for our employees and for our customers. In order to meet our commitments, job duties may change or new ones may be assigned as needed. Qualifications Content development experience, demonstrated through a portfolio of prior work writing samples. Requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field: i.e. Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Journalism/ PR, Design. Proven ability to leverage owned media data and analytics as well as audience insights to help inform content strategy. Knowledge of what makes social media content successful in driving desired actions from target audiences, not simply increasing follower count. Strong command of common marketing/creative Saas tools (e.g. Adobe Suite). An understanding of and commitment to abiding by Aramark’s Social Media Policy and using judgment to protect the company’s reputation/avoid risks. Familiarity with typical corporate processes around content reviews and approvals. Working in office at least two days a week; typically Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Ability to work independently and within a team. Ability and willingness to travel for work, as the heartbeat of Aramark is our frontline business across the US. Preferred Qualifications The ideal candidate will have: Passion for human-centered storytelling and knowledge of how to craft content that resonates deeply with people seeking meaning/purpose in their careers. A minimum of two years of paid full time work experience leading content strategy, ideally for a major brand/corporation. Strong preference for a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or other degrees with an emphasis on owned and paid media content creation. Prior experience in marketing specific to HR, employer brand, talent acquisition and an understanding of how to differentiate Aramark from similar companies Prior experience with Power BI, Emplifi, and/or custom dashboards built by Paid Media agencies Understanding of how to build audiences by leveraging demographics and psychographics to make content that is relevant Ability to balance multiple projects while meeting demanding deadlines, producing high quality work with a positive attitude
