Design, analyze, and present performance indicators to business and finance leaders. Partner with senior leaders to translate financial data into commercial action. Synthesize results to measure performance against annual goals and support practice forecasting. Drive forward core financial processes utilizing modern tools, including Tableau, Chat. GPT and other LLM-based tools. Continuously enhance operational efficiency, data accuracy and reporting quality. Experience Required:BA or BS degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Mathematics preferred 3-5 years’ experience in a consulting, financial, or highly analytical role. Skills and Attributes:Superior analytical skills, attention to detail, and well-organized. Experience with forecasting, budgeting, and P&L analysis. Intellectual curiosity to seek new challenges and develop creative solutions to problems. Sharp communication skills with the ability to advise stakeholders at all levels of the firm. Effective management of competing priorities in a fast-changing, dynamic work environment. Technical Skills:Expert proficiency with Microsoft Excel. Must be comfortable working with and manipulating large amounts of data in Excel using advanced formulas. Macro knowledge is a plus. Strong PowerPoint skills to summarize and convey key findings. Previous experience using Tableau (or SQL, Power. BI, etc.) or a strong desire to develop these skills. Proficiency with GPT/ LLM tools in financial analysis and automation is a plus.
