Power award winner for being #1 in Customer Satisfaction. Job Duties and Responsibilities. What You’ll Do:You’ll visit customers’ homes, solve problems, and introduce them to smart home tech. Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers’ homes. Teach customers how to use their tech and offer additional services when helpful.
