Order Processing & Customer Service Representative Bilingual (English/ Spanish)Hours: M-Thurs 8 am-5 pm, Friday, 8 am-2:30 p. Compensation: $18-$22/hr depending on experience The Role:Responsible for receiving and processing parts orders, maintaining organized records, and delivering customer communication regarding order status, pricing, and potential delays. In addition to administrative responsibilities, this position involves light warehouse duties, including pulling and packing small parts for shipment and preparing documentation for export orders. What you will do:Receive and process customer orders via phone, email, and other electronic platforms. Enter customer and product information into internal systems and databases. Review and verify order details to ensure accuracy and completeness. Communicate professionally with customers regarding order status, pricing updates, and delays. Prepare, review, and organize documentation required for export shipments. Pull, pack, and prepare small parts for outbound orders.
