What You’ll Need to Succeed as a Regional Director Strategic Leadership: Proven ability to drive sales, profitability, and operational excellence across multiple venues. One Team Mentality: Strong collaboration with cross-functional partners to achieve shared goals. Talent Champion: Passion for succession planning, leadership development, and building high-performing teams. Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to analyze performance metrics and turn insights into action. Clear Communicator: Sets direction, coaches effectively, and drives accountability with clarity. What You Will Do in the Role. Operational Leadership (20%): Provide strategic direction, communication, training, and empowerment to Venue Directors of Operations to ensure alignment with sales goals, service excellence, and brand standards. Talent Development (20%): Build and sustain a strong leadership pipeline through succession planning and development initiatives. Performance Management (15%): Establish goals, monitor progress, and conduct regular performance and development reviews. Cross-Functional Collaboration (15%): Partner with cross-functional teams to support enterprise initiatives and shared priorities. Venue Oversight & Hospitality Coaching (30%): Travel frequently to assigned venues to observe operations, provide in-person coaching, recognize strong performance, and ensure consistent hospitality delivery. What We’re Looking For. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred)3 years of multi-unit, high-volume operational leadership across multiple states (required)12 years of progressive leadership experience in food & beverage operations (preferred)Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and execute strategic action plans. Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills. Proven success leading leaders and driving accountability. Sound like a fit? Range: 122,200.00 - 152,750.00 - 183,300.00 USD Annual.
