Cultivates/builds relationships with client key decision makers including VP/ C-Suite level and National Pharmacy Practice leaders through quality service. Influences and collaborates with internal partners to deliver best-in-class service including resolving operational issues, root cause analysis, and driving recovery efforts that directly influence account retention and growth. Executes client-specific operational deliverables including benefit set up, reporting, and project support as needed. Implements/manages contractual obligations including custom performance/operational guarantees and rebate strategies. Leverages data to track account performance and identify trends/opportunities for input/recommendations on client growth and retention strategies. Responsible for operational understanding of all Rx products and solutions. Supports implementation for new/existing clients and contract renewals. Advises/trains/mentors lower-level Account Management staff. Minimum Requirements:Requires a BA/ BS and a minimum of 4 years of related experience in account management, sales, or managing business/client relationships; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background. Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:TPA experience strongly preferred. Pharmacy background strongly preferred. Travels to worksite and other locations as necessary. For URAC accredited areas, the following professional competencies apply: Associates in this role are expected to have strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, problem-solving skills, facilitation skills, and analytical skills. For candidates working in person or virtually in the below locations, the salary - range for this specific position is $99,704 to $156,354.
