The Student Success Specialist designs, launches, and manages student-facing support initiatives within the academic unit, with a focus on recruiting, retention, diversity, inclusion, mentoring, first-year experience, learning communities, co-curricular engagement, summer opportunities, student awards, and scholarships. The role strengthens and complements the work of university-wide student success offices by making timely referrals and connecting students to centralized resources and services.
