Within Professional Services in our Bank Solutions Business, you will have the opportunity to partner with key business stakeholders to ensure predictable, consistent, and successful project delivery. You will focus on planning, coordinating, and monitoring large-scale scope and budget projects. Previous experience with client-facing projects that span multiple business units or functional areas is deeply valuable. What you’ll do:Lead end-to-end planning, coordination, and monitoring of large-scale project scope, schedule, and budget to drive predictable delivery and client satisfaction. Build and maintain consolidated timelines and integrated project plans that surface dependencies, critical paths, and impacts across teams. Define and implement governance frameworks, roles, responsibilities, decision rights, and escalation paths to maintain control and accelerate decisions. Establish success criteria and acceptance plans up front; actively manage toward expected outcomes and deliverable acceptance. Provide ongoing status, risks, and issue reporting to stakeholders and executives; facilitate cross-functional alignment across related Fiserv business areas. Facilitate workshops and steering meetings to align stakeholders, resolve interdependencies, and drive remedial actions when needed. Experience you’ll need to have:6 years of experience in leading large-scale, client-facing IT and business transformation projects across multiple business units and stakeholders . years of experience in consulting project delivery and professional services engagements . years of experience in Microsoft Project for project scheduling and resource planning . years of experience in Microsoft Visio for process mapping and solution design . years of experience in Microsoft PowerPoint for executive reporting and stakeholder presentations . years of experience in Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies, including sprint planning and stage-gate governance . years of equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience. Experience that would be great to have:5 years of experience in the banking, payments, or financial services industry . years of experience within a Professional Services organization. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Experience using Jira and Confluence for delivery tracking and collaboration. Experience with project financial tracking and forecasting tools (e.g., Excel, Adaptive Insights). How you’ll work:This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity. This role requires the use of a computer and audio equipment.. This role requires being on-call during non-standard and/or overnight hours on a rotational basis.
