Configure and implement Workday recruiting modules, including Core HR, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent, based on client needs. Advise clients on best practices for Workday implementation and provide recommendations for system optimization. Minimum 3 years experience as a Workday consultant, with a focus on Workday payroll implementations.
