What would your job responsibilities be? Oversee all banquet operations including conference and banquet rooms, individual receptions, weddings, events, and celebrations throughout the resort as well as offsite locations Maintain visibility and accessibility during service and events, providing guest recognition and professionally handling concerns or special requests Monitor and evaluate products and service standards, proactively staying ahead of industry trends Ensure full compliance with food, health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations Take a hands-on leadership approach, working alongside the team while ensuring all Four Seasons standards are consistently met Empower and develop team members, investing in growth and craftsmanship Foster an environment that nurtures trust, openness, and connection Assist with recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and training of team members Provide support across all resort F&B outlets as needed and participate in task force opportunities at other Four Seasons properties What will it be like working for us?
