Job Responsibilities WHAT YOU WILL GET TO DO Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers. Provide technical support to customers, including answering product questions, visiting job sites, and troubleshooting. Provide customer support, including helping with product orders and delivering samples. Identify and pursue opportunities to grow sales. Conduct educational presentations and hands-on training on our systems and products. Monitor market trends and competitor activities, and gather customer feedback. Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote products. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR Experience in same or similar position. Experience in the construction industry, specifically having knowledge of stucco, EIFS, or masonry preferred. Proven experience in sales and customer support. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in using Microsoft 365. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities . Working Conditions WORKING CONDITIONS Safety First: Requires strict adherence to all safety rules within an office environment and industrial plant locations where personal protective equipment (PPE) is required. Dynamic Environment: You’ll work in diverse environments, including exposure to varying conditions such as outdoor industrial operations settings. Physical Requirements: Requires sitting/standing in front of a computer for extended periods of time. Must be able to pass a physical exam, as may be required. Environment: Expect a mix of office work and fieldwork, where you’ll be exposed to varying environmental conditions, including an industrial environment.
