To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Direct Labor Recruiter located in Dallas, TX. Reporting to the Recruiting Manager, the Direct Labor Recruiter role is responsible for a variety of direct labor recruitment activities to ensure the organizations’ recruitment process is efficient, effective and equitable. This position will be supporting the recruiting for non-exempt positions such as Mechanical Assembly, Electrical Wiring, Welding, and Warehouse. What a typical day looks like:Prepare job advertisements, web postings, and job descriptions. Screen and shortlist candidates, liaise with agencies, and coordinate interviews. Respond to recruitment enquiries while maintaining privacy and confidentiality. Contact candidates, arrange interviews, and develop plan for interview questions in collaboration with the hiring team. Conduct interviews, check references, and recommend candidates. Provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates. Prepare job offer materials. Represent the organization at job fairs and recruitment venues. Ensure compliance with external regulations (OFCCP, EEOC) and internal policies/procedures. The experience we’re looking to add to our team:Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in an HR related function. Minimum 2 years of HR-related work experience (recruiting experience highly preferred)Microsoft Office and Workday (or Applicant Tracking System) experience required. Knowledge of research and sourcing skills – including use of Boolean, LinkedIn, and alternative search methods. Know how to identify top performers and determine cultural fit. Capable of managing and prioritizing multiple projects & candidates. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to network and collaborate in a team environment.
