Analyze data, evaluate reports, and provide recommendations to help clients negotiate rates and funding levels. Prepare and present financial reports that track expenses, renewal projections, and funding strategies. Act as a resource for industry trends, assist in creating presentations, and support account teams with underwriting policies. Your work will directly contribute to client satisfaction and organizational growth. About You Required: Bachelor's degree and 3 years within employee benefits field in an underwriting capacity. Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications and Microsoft Office. Preferred: Advanced Excel Skills. Math or Finance degree preferred. Behaviors: A strong ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights. Confidence in presenting complex financial information in simple terms. A collaborative mindset to work closely with account teams and clients. Familiarity with financial tools and systems for creating reports. A proactive approach to staying updated on industry trends and technologies. Detail oriented; strong analytical skills and good communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able to multi-task to meet deadlines with quality and accurate deliverables.
