Responsible for leading the organization’s enterprise systems strategy, business intelligence, and business analysis functions to optimize operational effectiveness, improve decision-making, and maximize return on technology investments. Provides leadership oversight for enterprise applications, business intelligence solutions, data analytics, reporting, and business process improvement initiatives. Partners collaboratively with business and executive leaders to assess operational opportunities, evaluate technology capabilities, identify process efficiencies, and drive enterprise value through data-informed decision-making and system optimization. Oversees Business Analysts and Business Intelligence staff in delivering scalable solutions aligned with organizational strategy and operational priorities. Provides strategic leadership and oversight for enterprise systems, business intelligence, analytics, reporting, and business analysis functions to support organizational goals and operational excellence. Evaluates business processes, operational workflows, and technology capabilities to identify opportunities for optimization, automation, scalability, and improved return on investment. Partners with executive and operational leaders to assess business needs, recommend enterprise technology solutions, and drive data-informed decision-making across the organization. Oversees enterprise application support, system enhancements, implementations, integrations, and reporting solutions while ensuring data integrity, governance, and operational effectiveness. Leads and develops Business Analysts and Business Intelligence staff, including prioritization of work, performance management, collaboration, and continuous improvement initiatives. Directs the development and delivery of dashboards, KPIs, operational reports, and analytical tools that provide actionable insights and support strategic planning. Collaborates with vendors, consultants, and internal technology teams to support enterprise system optimization, adoption, and long-term value realization. Provides input on the Information Services roadmap related to enterprise systems, analytics, and business intelligence initiatives. Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead initiatives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Other duties as assigned. Code of Conduct for Applicants. Responsible for ensuring staff are properly screened, trained, supervised and held accountable to the organization’s abuse risk management standards. Qualifications. BS in business systems, MIS, or equivalent experience. 5 years of Business Analyst and project management experience. Track record displaying progressively larger and/or more complex projects. 3 years of experience working with relational databases. Experience working on complex technology and software projects with an emphasis on ERP systems. Ability to work in an inclusive and collaborative manner with a wide range of work styles/perspectives and all levels of management. Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated organizational, project management, analytical, critical thinking skills, and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of and previous experience with diverse populations (language, culture, race, physical ability, sexual orientation, etc.). Ability to speak any language in addition to English may be helpful.
