First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00 am to 03:30 pm)Wire electrical harnesses, backplates, and control panels per documentation and wiring diagrams Perform basic electrical assembly tasks including cutting, stripping, and terminating wires Crimp connectors and perform basic soldering Assemble components inside UL-rated enclosures in accordance with work instructions and quality standards Read and follow wiring diagrams, schematics, and build documentation - Inspect own work to ensure high quality and low defect rates. Current through hole soldering skills. Assembly Tech with Soldering Qualifications:Prior experience wiring harnesses, panels, or backplates in a manufacturing environment Experience working with UL-listed enclosures (preferred) Basic soldering and crimping experience Ability to read and understand wiring diagrams and work instructions Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and low defect rates Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to sit, stand, use hand tools, repetitive motion. Applicant may be subject to a background check.
