Senior Financial Analyst Details:Direct Hire position$95,000.00 to $115,000.00 /annually. First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00 am to 05:00 pm)Lead financial planning & analysis including budgeting, forecasting, and monthly management reporting. Perform deep-dive analysis on inventory, logistics, warehousing, and distribution costs to improve profitability. Build and maintain financial models and dashboards covering sales, margins, and cost-to-serve performance. Conduct variance analysis and deliver actionable insights on risks, opportunities, and operational performanceSupport decision-making through customer, product, and channel profitability analysis and scenario modeling. Senior Financial Analyst Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required; MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred 5-8 years of progressive experience in financial analysis or FP&A, in FMCG, food, wholesale, distribution, or supply chain-driven industries. Strong understanding of warehouse operations, logistics, 3 PL structures, and cost-to-serve concepts. Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills with experience in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with ability to present insights to senior leadership.
