We are currently seeking experienced Welders for a full-time position with a growing company. Candidates must have previous welding experience and be able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Company Profile. Local companies seeking skilled welders. What's in it for you? Teladoc (online care)Referral Bonus Incentive. Weekly Pay 401 k. And More! Welders Details:Temp-to-Hire position$16.00 to $20.00 /hour. Full Time work available. First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00 am to 05:00 pm)Perform MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding on metal components. Read blueprints, welding symbols, and tape measurements accurately. Fabricate, assemble, and repair metal parts and structures. Operate grinders, cutting torches, and other fabrication tools. Inspect welds to ensure quality standards are met. Follow all company safety procedures and production schedules. Welders Qualifications:Minimum 1-2 years of welding experience preferred. Must have proven welding experience listed on resume. Ability to pass welding test during interview process. Experience using hand tools, grinders, and measuring tools . Ability to read blueprints and follow work instructions. Must be able to stand for long periods and work in non-climate-controlled environments. Applicant may be subject to a background check. You will be required to complete and submit a questionnaire.
