Responsible for the safe execution of maintenance work in support of the production lines by performing mechanical duties on industrial equipment.\u 00 A 0\u 00 A 0 Maximizes the utilization of all maintenance resources, including people, time, and materials.\u 00 A 0\u 00 A 0 Uses, trains, and assists others in blue prints, schematics, and other Piping and Instrumentation Drawings (P & Id\u 2019 s) to install, repair, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial equipment.\u 00 A 0\u 00 A 0 Communicates maintenance requirements and parts/supplies needed to repair equipment and keep production running efficiently.\u 00 A 0\u 00 A 0 Helps train others on the maintenance team.\u 00 A 0\u 00 A 0 Accountabilities:\u 00 A 0 Promotes and adheres to company safety regulations as a \u 201 C - Champion of Safety.\u 201 D\u 00 A 0 Prioritize maintenance tasks and responsibilities to ensure that maintenance work is executed in a safe and\u 00 A 0 timely\u 00 A 0 manner.\u 00 A 0 Responsible for shift performance and the completion of scheduled maintenance work on all plant processing and packaging equipment.\u 00 A 0 Serves as a team leader and/or mentor to\u 00 A 0 assist\u 00 A 0 other mechanics with their duties.\u 00 A 0 Contributes to building a positive team spirit through personal positive attitude and building morale of the maintenance team.\u 00 A 0 Listens to and works with maintenance team members\u 00 A 0 in order to\u 00 A 0 recommend future training requirements.\u 00 A 0 Promotes a\u 00 A 0 customer focused\u 00 A 0 team environment.\u 00 A 0 Capable of\u 00 A 0 multi-tasking and performing diverse functions with little supervision.\u 00 A 0\u 00 A 0 Qualifications:\u 00 A 0\u 00 A 0 Proficient in the use of computers, including the ability to enter data and\u 00 A 0 maintain\u 00 A 0 Excel spreadsheets and the ability to use e-mail.\u 00 A 0 Completion of one year toward an\u 00 A 0 Associate\u 00 A 0 degree (A.
