Strategy is seeking a Director of Digital Marketing to architect and execute the company's digital demand generation and brand engagement strategy. This role will play a pivotal part in driving double-digit sales growth, accelerating new logo acquisition, and elevating brand presence in the market. Based at Headquarters, this position reports to the CPO, and partners cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Business Development, Sales Leadership, and the CXO team to deliver high-quality lead flow from initial awareness to sales conversion. Location: This position is headquartered in Tysons Corner, VA and requires employees to work onsite at HQ a minimum of four days per week. Key Responsibilities:Own the Digital Demand Generation Engine: Lead the development and execution of omni-channel marketing strategies, including paid, earned, and owned channels—to target industry-specific personas effectively and drive qualified pipeline and revenue growth. Funnel Management & Lead Nurture: Design and implement comprehensive nurture strategies, leveraging segmentation, personalization, and marketing automation to influence prospects throughout every stage of the buyer’s journey. Brand Leadership: Oversee brand development and content strategy to create compelling messaging and assets that amplify awareness, trust, and loyalty among prospects and customers. Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data and analytics to maximize campaign performance and continually iterate and improve performance over time. Budget & ROI: Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, implementing rigorous measurement frameworks to track performance and report on ROI across all channels and campaigns. Qualifications:Experience creating and executing novel, out of the box, digital marketing initiatives at B 2 B start-ups or new product categories at more established companies . years of progressive experience in digital marketing leadership, driving B 2 B or B 2 C demand generation with a proven track record of measurable results. Deep expertise in full-funnel digital marketing strategies, performance analytics, website optimization, content strategy, and integrated omni-channel campaigns. Analytical acumen; demonstrable experience using data to optimize strategy, allocation, and execution for maximum impact. Experience managing budgets and delivering accountable ROI across complex marketing programs. Entrepreneurial spirit, agile mindset, and a passion for driving innovation and continuous improvement.
