WHAT YOU'LL DO - Greet and check in guests for express service with warmth, efficiency, and professionalism - Communicate service needs, timelines, and updates clearly -- keeping guests informed and at ease throughout the process - Coordinate loaner vehicle logistics -- scheduling, check-out, check-in, and condition documentation -- so every transition is seamless for the guest - Manage internal inventory movement, ensuring vehicles are tracked, staged, and ready when guests need them - Partner with technicians and service management to keep the express lane moving efficiently - Identify and present additional service recommendations that protect guest safety and vehicle value - Maintain accurate records in the DMS and follow all documentation standards - Contribute to a service environment where every guest leaves feeling taken care of -- not just checked off a list. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Experience in automotive service is a plus -- but it's not the starting point. We can teach the process. We can't teach the mindset. If you're organized, guest-focused, and thrive in a fast-moving environment, you have the foundation to succeed here. - Service advisor or automotive experience preferred -- but not required - Proven success and experience in a guest-facing, service, hospitality, or coordination role - Strong organizational skills -- able to manage multiple moving pieces without losing accuracy or composure - Clear, confident communicator with guests, technicians, and teammates - Comfortable coordinating logistics -- loaner vehicles, internal inventory, scheduling -- with attention to detail - Tech-savvy -- comfortable learning DMS platforms and digital communication tools - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record - A hospitality mindset -- you treat every guest interaction like it matters, because it does.
