The Supply Planner is responsible for managing and executing all processes related to supply planning, purchase order issuance, component planning, as well as capacity planning with contract manufacturing partners for OXO. The Supply Planner creates and maintains supply planning models for region, channel and customers incorporating business intelligence and forecast information gathered from sales, marketing, operations, product and retailer replenishment, sell-through analysis, and other sources. This key role will be responsible for providing the tools and expertise to bring all departments together to achieve accurate and effective planning and execution of production and inventory strategies. Understand and adjust for sales forecast inaccuracies and therefore inventory impacts, and future changes. Responsible for reporting on and managing to, metrics for monthly projected inventory levels, turns for categories managed, and forming action plans to meet and exceed future month’s levels. Craft & develop regional, category, sub-category and SKU level unit supply plans that meet key stakeholders needs. Responsible for maintaining stated inventory levels for managed category(s) and planning deliveries of the related SKU’s. Provide input to the Demand Planning organization in developing inventory strategies on existing items, new products, and product phase-outs. Advise relevant parties of potential adverse conditions in time to implement corrective actions, utilizing stock status, Oracle, Business Intelligence (BI), as well as other reports and tools. Maintain supply planning system and software, enter, and modify data and ensure the correctness of product hierarchy & functionality. Contribute to supporting Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning processes and team meetings. Monthly delivery of Supply Plan within ASCP at set “snap” deadlines. Accuracy of reporting. Work closely with Sales and Operations Leadership to create and implement inventory allocation to achieve/exceed service level targets. Work with team to balance sales orders, supply orders and on-hand inventory to build Available-to-Ship (ATS) reports. Provide deliverables for IBP team and process improvements. Partner with Operations Leadership to implement replenishment, never out of stock programs. Document processes and procedures, educate staff. Perform demand and supply analytics. Review monthly lags, over-under Sales forecast feedback and adjust supply accordingly. Systems implementations and process improvement. Manage projects as assigned. Update sales and operations leadership regularly on relevant KPI’s related to inventory, forecasting, and planning. Consistent reporting and tracking. Upkeep of Item Attributes - Substitution Rules, Roots, Item Status and MRP Planning – Sustains Accurate Supply Plan and Monthly SIOP Reporting. Factory Analysis – Hold Factory (via APO or appropriate direct factory contact domestically) accountable of lead times for an accurate Supply Plan - Lead Time vs Actuals reporting. On-time system updates for Supply forecast “snap” date for IBP. Participate in the successful delivery of company strategic initiatives. Skills needed to be successful in this role: Strong presentation, oral, and written communication abilities. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated, proactive, and confident in making decisions within defined parameters. Adaptable, flexible, and responsive to change with a positive, “can-do” attitude. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree 2 yrs experience in a related field. Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis In New York, the standard base pay range for this role is $67,033 - $85,000 annually. This base pay range is specific to New York and may not be applicable to other locations. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to location, experience, skill level, and performance. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
