How you will make an impact: Lead, mentor, and coach warehouse associates in procedures, performance standards, and company vision. Oversee daily operations to ensure accuracy in inventory, stock movement, and order fulfillment. Assign tasks, direct workflow, and prioritize orders to meet delivery timelines. Promote company health and safety practices, ensuring compliance across all activities. Support warehouse leadership in planning future capacity requirements and implementing improvement initiatives. Supervise and assist in receiving, unloading, and put-away of stock. Ensure proper use of the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and RF scanning equipment. Monitor picking, packing, labeling, and palletizing processes for accuracy and timeliness. Oversee preparation of shipping documents and coordination with carriers. Maintain accurate reporting and documentation of stock movements, receivables, and workflow metrics Train new hires and support ongoing skill development of warehouse staff. Serve as a point of escalation for problem-solving material needs, inventory issues, and process barriers. Reinforce adherence to company policies, safety protocols, and Core Values through daily leadership.
