The Advisory Marketing Senior Specialist leads strategic Advisory Program Marketing initiatives within the Investment Products & Services Group, supporting Financial Advisors across the firm. This role drives the development and execution of marketing strategies, enhances advisory platform positioning, and serves as a key subject matter expert. The Senior Specialist partners with senior leadership to shape program direction, mentors team members, and delivers advanced guidance on complex investment and advisory solutions. What We're Looking For - Lead Advisory Program Marketing strategy, development, and execution in alignment with firm-wide objectives. - Collaborate with the Advisory Marketing Director to enhance strategy to further develop marketing efforts to gain greater awareness and adoption of the advisory programs. - Serve as the subject matter expert on Advisory Programs, educating and training Financial Advisors on advisory program offerings and the consulting services process. - Maintain a strong understanding of investment advisory regulations and assess how changes impact the Advisory Program offerings. - Partner with Investment Products & Services associates, vendors, and key stakeholders to develop integrated marketing and communications plans supporting department and firm initiatives. - Represent the Investment Products & Services Department at advisor-facing events (including Stifel branch visits and recruiting events) to drive awareness and adoption of Stifel's Advisory Programs. - Lead advisor training sessions to increase awareness of Stifel's Advisory Programs and the highlight the benefits of transitioning from a brokerage to a fee-based client relationship where appropriate. - Address advisor inquiries and efficiently resolve issues to ensure a high level of service and support. - Provides guidance and training to less experienced Specialists, supporting their development into subject matter experts. - Travel up to 25% to support advisor events, training sessions, and business development activities. What You'll Bring - Demonstrate strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex product information and, clearly communicate insights to educate advisors. - Possess in-depth product and industry knowledge to identify risks and opportunities related to investment advisory services. - Maintain in-depth knowledge of industry regulations governing investment and advisory products including fiduciary standards. Education & Experience - Minimum Requirement: Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline. - Minimum Requirement: 12 years of experience in Financial Services, including 8 years' experience in Investment Advisory. - Professional Industry Designations such as CFP or CIMA preferred. Licenses & Credentials - Minimum Required: Series 7, 66, & 24 within six months of hire. Systems & Technology - Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. #LI-JK 1#LI-JK 1
