Lead designated IT teams to deliver enterprise technology solutions. Develop and implement IT strategies, policies, and governance frameworks. Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation for assigned domains. Drive and monitor compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX, HIPAA, FERPA)Drive continuous improvement initiatives and adoption of best practices (ITIL, Agile, DevOps)Foster strong stakeholder relationships and provide executive-level reporting. Oversee vendor management and contract negotiations. Drive opportunities for automation, standardization, and process enhancements. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within IT - Develop strong relationships with leaders across the organization, building a clear understanding of where IT can provide strategic impact. Establish/maintain a high-performance team of professional, motivated and engaged staff utilizing effective training, performance management and career-development activities while leading them to achieve established business results and performance metrics. Recognizes and rewards employee contributions and achievements. Other duties as assigned Qualifications Education / Experience. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (required)Master's degree (preferred)Minimum of eight (8) years of IT leadership experience (required)Skills. Strategic planning and execution with a focus on business alignment and value delivery. Strong financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization. Expertise in vendor and contract management, including negotiation and performance oversight. Strong governance, risk, and compliance management across regulatory frameworks. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to influence at all organizational levels. Proven ability to drive innovation, digital transformation, and process optimization. Deep understanding of IT service delivery, project management methodologies (Agile, ITIL), and emerging technologies. Lead diverse, high-performing teams across designated IT domains with a focus on strategic outcomes. Proven ability to drive innovation, digital transformation, and process optimization. Communicate effectively with executives, stakeholders, and technical teams. Adapt quickly to emerging technologies and evolving industry trends. Mentor and develop future IT leaders to build organizational capability. Self-starter with strong technical skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly. Abilities. Use computers and computer systems (including hardware and software) to process transactions, store documents, enter data, or perform assigned tasks. Safely ambulate and/or maneuver when on-site at Company locations. Demonstrate and utilize active listening, inductive reasoning, information ordering and category flexibility. Ability to use good judgment, problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where deadlines are essential and multiple projects are worked simultaneously. Ability to gain, understand and apply information and data as it relates essential functions of the position. Ability to foster long-term relationships with stakeholders. Ability to travel to worksite locations. Occasionally (up to 15% of workday)Use fine and large motor skills to operate a motor vehicle. Use hearing and sight (both near and far vision) to operate a motor vehicle.
