Learning Technology Solutions Engineer your responsibilities will include:Designing, implementing, and managing sustainable solutions across diverse applications, mainly the Learning Management System and interrelated business systems. Incorporating security, architecture, and user experience principles and best practices with designs and solutions following a continuous improvement cycle. Documenting architecture, processes, data definitions, and workflows to support shared understanding and long-term scalability. Strengthening data quality, governance, security, and platform reliability through thoughtful and sustainable engineering practices. Effectively collaborating within a Kanban team supporting non-technical teams and initiatives that prioritize the consumer sales division. Investigating and solving level 3 escalations of system challenges and problems while offering technical mentorship through collaboration and knowledge sharing. The Learning Technology Solutions Engineer position is well-suited for you if you:Can design and maintain python scripts and services to automate internal workflows between internal and third-party platforms and support integrations involving learning, data visualization, and operational systems. Can understand and orchestrate back-end communication between learning assets (SCORM, AICS, session tracking, etc.), systems, and browsers to anticipate, mitigate, and troubleshoot end-user challenges. Are comfortable navigating complexity and solving ambiguous challenges within aging infrastructure of a regulated industry, and an established sales organization. Have strong communication, with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and collaboration approach that values feedback and collective success. Can identify and implement workflow improvements that minimize manual, repetitive activities. Have strong problem-solving skills that lean toward sustainability and practical solutions. Are comfortable communicating with non-technical stakeholders. What you’ll need:Education: Bachelor's Degree. Field of study: Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline. Related Work Experience: Typically requires a minimum of five to seven years of related technical experience, with increasing responsibility. What will set you apart:Education: Master's Degree. Field of study: Engineering, Automation. Certifications/ Licenses: Scrum Alliance certifications, SAFe certifications, Cornerstone Developer, Seismic. Related Work Experience: Ten or more years with increasing responsibility.
