Passion for educational equity and student achievement. Strong belief in rigorous math instruction for all students. Bachelor's degree in mathematics. Ability to obtain appropriate Colorado licensure if required. Preferred. Previous math teaching or instructional experience. Demonstrated student achievement results. Leadership experience, formally or informally. Experience in data-driven instruction. Multilingual abilities. Experience serving historically marginalized communities. Salary. This is a full-time position. Salary will depend on the specific role, experience, and qualifications. RMP is offering a $5,000 signing bonus to the right candidate. Benefits.
