AEP Platform Leadership: Serve as the technical SME for Adobe Experience Platform, guiding the adoption of AJO for orchestration and RT-CDP for profile management. Solution Design: Lead the architecture of solutions that connect Adobe Workfront and AEM Assets to the AEP suite to automate content supply chains. Integration Management: Oversee APIs and data flows between AEP modules and enterprise systems like CRM or Veeva Vault. Operational Excellence: Resolve complex technical issues within the AJO and CJA environments, performing root cause analysis to ensure system reliability. Roadmap Innovation: Stay current with Adobe’s AEP product roadmap to recommend enhancements for real-time customer engagement. Qualifications. Technical Experience: 6 years of hands-on experience with Adobe solutions. Specialized Stack: Proven expertise in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Real-Time CDP, and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA). Workfront & AEM: Strong background in Adobe Workfront and AEM Assets/ DAM. Architecture: Proven track record of leading technical projects and enterprise-scale solution design. Industry Context: (Preferred) Experience in Life Sciences or highly regulated industries involving complex content supply chains. Education & Experience. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Work Environment This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment, including but not limited to, computers, phones, and photocopiers. Physical Demands This position requires the frequent and repetitive use of a computer, keyboard, and mouse. Hand and finger dexterity is required.
