Bachelor’s degree in related discipline or equivalent, required 0-4 years of experience in distribution or logistics, required. Experience with distribution, logistics, project management, preferred. Bachelor's Degree or 4 years equivalent work experience, required. Some knowledge of Industrial Engineering, preferred. Basic concept of a warehouse operation (inbound, put away, pick, pack, ship)Capable of using AutoCAD and making layout changes. Familiar with basic concept of continuous improvement and can identify low hanging fruit opportunities within an operation. Performs GEMBA walks with operations team. Can perform a time study and convert it to meaningful data. Can use flowcharting software and can outline process steps. Learning to communicate / interact with outside organizations (vendors, customers, and government)Utilizes conventional or routine approaches to problem-solving but shows the ability to think beyond the obvious solutions.
