Maintain CRM systems, customer records, and maintenance contract data to ensure accuracy and consistency Support budgeting, financial reporting, payroll coordination, and cash flow management Oversee website updates, ecommerce activities, and brand marketing materials Identify opportunities to improve workflows, automate tasks, and streamline business operations Manage operational processes, including invoicing, purchase orders, accounts payable/receivable, and recurring revenue tracking Requirements:High school diploma or GED required; college coursework or degree in Business or Marketing preferred Proficiency with Quick. Books, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems (Connect. Wise experience is a plus) 3-5 or more years of experience in operations, office management, business administration, marketing coordination, or related roles. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
