We’re seeking an enthusiastic and service-minded individual to join us as a Teller at our Mechanic Falls branch. This is more than a transaction-based role – you’ll be one of the first friendly faces our members meet, playing an important part in building connections and bringing our values to life in this community. What You’ll Do - Greet members with warmth and professionalism, creating a welcoming branch environment - Process a variety of financial transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and transfers - Educate members on credit union products and services, helping them make informed financial decisions - Support branch initiatives and community outreach - Ensure compliance with credit union policies, security procedures, and regulatory requirements. What We’re Looking For - Prior cash-handling, customer service, or retail experience preferred - Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers - Excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to help others - Team-oriented mindset with the flexibility to adapt in a new and growing branch.
