Mon 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM - Thur 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM - Fri 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM - Sat 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM - Sun 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You'll Do:Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, following post orders, and responding to routine questions and concerns at a logistics and distribution location. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details to supervisors and/or designated site contacts. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, including the perimeter, parking areas, loading docks, trailer yards, and other assigned areas, helping to identify potential security-related concerns. Monitor entry and exit activity for employees, visitors, and delivery drivers, following site procedures for access control, vehicle checks, and/or visitor processing. Support loss prevention and operational continuity efforts by observing inventory movement, documenting irregularities, and communicating security-related issues involving freight, equipment, and restricted areas. Minimum Requirements:Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
