What We Need 5 years of experience as an Oil & Gas Attorney with a focus on litigation and dispute resolution First-chair trial experience, including jury trials, bench trials, and arbitrations Background handling complex oil & gas matters (royalty disputes, lease issues, JO - As, upstream/midstream contracts) Direct, hands-on experience handling oil & gas matters in the Permian Basin Ability to independently manage cases from intake through trial or resolution Strong legal writing, research, and advocacy skill set Active Texas Bar license (or ability to obtain quickly) This Oil & Gas Attorney role is ideal for someone looking to step into a platform where they can do high-level work.
