Temp to HIre Deburr and Hydro Tester

Perform deburring operations on machined components using hand tools, grinders, files, and other finishing equipment. Conduct hydrostatic pressure testing (hydro testing) on parts, assemblies, and valves according to company procedures and specifications. Inspect components before and after deburring and hydro testing to ensure quality standards are met. Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and specifications. Identify defects or irregularities and report issues to supervisors. Maintain testing equipment and tools in safe working condition. Record and document hydro test results accurately. Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Qualifications of the Temporary Deburr and Hydro Technician include, but are not limited to:High school diploma or GED required. Prior experience in deburring, hydro testing, or manufacturing preferred. Ability to read basic blueprints and work instructions. Ability to use precise measuring instruments such as caliper, micrometers and indicators. Familiarity with hand tools, grinders, and measuring instruments. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
