As the Superintendent, you will take full ownership of onsite delivery, working closely with the Project Manager to ensure projects are executed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. Reporting into senior operations leadership, your responsibilities will include:Leading all onsite field operations, including direct supervision of trades, labor, and subcontractors. Ensuring projects are delivered in line with drawings, specifications, and agreed schedules. Coordinating materials, tools, equipment, and workforce planning to maintain workflow efficiency. Acting as the primary onsite point of contact for clients and stakeholder teams. Managing site documentation including daily reports, safety logs, time sheets, and incident reporting. Driving best-in-class safety performance and conducting regular site audits and walks. Supporting quality control, pre-punch, and closeout activities to ensure a smooth handover. . The Successful Applicant 5 year's experience as a lead Superintendent within commercial interiors, retail, or building renovation projects. Proven experience delivering projects valued up to $10 million. Strong background managing subcontractors and maintaining detailed construction schedules. A safety-first mindset with a consistent record of exemplary site safety performance. Confidence interfacing directly with clients and senior stakeholders. Ability to make sound, independent decisions in fast-paced and confidential environments. High school diploma required; some college or equivalent experience preferred.
