The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. What qualifications will make you successful? - Bachelor’s Degree - 8 Years of progressive experience in Operations, Supply Chain and Logistics Warehouse experience utilizing digital technologies and innovation - Strong people manager and talent developer Proven experience in a strategic role, preferably in business transformation or digital initiatives. - A strong dedication and demonstrated history of achieving outstanding safety, quality, and compliance results. - Strong analytical and technical skills required to understand business practices and recommend & problem solve proper automation opportunities - Lean manufacturing experience - Experience with project management methodologies and tools - Experience with Manhattan, SAP, Oracle or other planning software packages - Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills for effective interface with all internal and external contacts.
