Summary of Responsibilities: Reporting to the Spa Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:Consistently deliver professional, engaging, and gracious service. Oversee day-to-day Spa operations, ensuring all service and brand standards are upheld. Complete monthly reporting, including retail audits and performance tracking. Support and administer payroll processing as assigned. Ensure team members are well-trained across all Spa operations, including treatment knowledge, retail, and room readiness. Balance operational, administrative, and colleague needs with efficiency and care. Uphold all departmental policies, procedures, and luxury service standards. Ensure strict adherence to all safety and sanitation protocols. Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications. Qualifications:Previous leadership experience within a spa or wellness environment preferred. Proficient in Microsoft applications. Experience within a luxury hotel or hospitality setting is an asset. Post-secondary degree or certification in a related field considered an asset. Exceptional communication and organizational skills. Strong interpersonal abilities with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset. Highly reliable, professional, and detail-oriented. Ability to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Collaborative team player with a positive and supportive approach. Guest-focused, with the ability to remain calm, composed, and courteous at all times
