The Sr. Product Manager, US Downstream Nerve Monitoring is an essential member of the Medtronic ENT Marketing team, reporting to the Director, Head, Neck, and Otology Marketing. In this role, you are the US nerve monitoring marketing lead, product line expert, and primary contact to create and implement marketing plans which align with business strategies on assigned product lines. Your efforts directly contribute to delivery of core product line growth. Responsibilities of this position include the following and other duties may be assigned. Collaborate with marketing partners to develop annual business and strategic plans. Execute marketing strategies, planning and coordination for Medtronic ENT’s product lines that build Medtronic’s market penetration in the US for nerve monitoring. Develop messaging, positioning, and pricing strategies for the product in the US market. Leverage market research and develop competitive strategies and tactics to grow market share. Provide input into the long-term platform lifecycle, including analyses to support product line changes: ex .new product development. acquisition or discontinuation. Prepare forecasts and short-range budgets for product lines. Gather detailed information, analysis, and investigation to overcome problems and issues faced regarding product marketing. Lead development of nerve monitoring claims and value proposition. Develop and maintain strong KOL relationships to enable effective product portfolio strategy. Provide a central point of contact for US field sales. Develop marketing communications, collateral, training, presentations, etc. Develop effective promotional campaigns, sales enablement tools and sales training curriculum. Consult with Medical Education and Sales Training to develop strategy for the existing procedural areas and any adjacent areas. Perform duties in compliance with the Medtronic Quality System, environmental, health and safety related site rules, policies, or governmental regulations. Ability to travel up to 40% within the U.S. Must Have: Minimum Requirements. Bachelor's degree. Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in marketing, sales, product management or consulting, or Masters’ degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience. Nice to Have. Medical device background strongly preferred. Ability to multi-task while working in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage projects. Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment and partner effectively with the sales organization. Strong Microsoft Office (including PowerPoint and Excel) and marketing and financial analytic skills. For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C. F. R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required. Physical Job Requirements.
