Piping Skills: Uses piping bags and tips to create borders, flowers, lettering, and intricate designs per spec sheet. Time Management: Use of baking and decorating timelines to meet deadlines, and member custom orders. Minimum 2 years technical or operational experience in food service, retail, or process engineering preferred. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs; stand/walk for extended periods. Valid driver’s license; ability to drive long distances. Available for occasional overnight travel, if needed Must be available for occasional weekend work (Demos and Food Shows). Comfortable working in extremely cold conditions; refrigerated/freezer environments; PPE provided. Effective communication skills; bilingual (English second language) preferred.
