Support problem-solving efforts by helping senior leaders define key issues, develop hypotheses and create recommendations Develop insights to equip senior leaders with the right data to make informed strategic decisions Support cross-functional projects, working with leaders throughout the company to execute complex, high-priority strategic initiatives Convert strategy into roadmaps, business cases and projects while prioritizing timelines and ensuring alignment and execution Identify the short & long-term impacts of key strategies by assessing qualitative and quantitative data Use your skills to make an impact Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree 2-5 years of consulting, strategy, or corporate experience OR Master’s degree with business or healthcare exposure Analytical skills (ex: quantitative analysis and research, stakeholder management, and financial modeling)Familiarity with strategic frameworks and strategy development Ability to identify, structure, and solve business problems Preferred Qualifications: Passion for Humana’s focus on value-based healthcare for seniors Experience in the healthcare industry Project management experience. Location: Working locations are primarily Louisville, KY, and Arlington, VA (Washington, DC metro area); also open to candidates living in or willing to relocate to Chicago or Nashville. The Strategy team operates on a hybrid schedule with an expectation of 2 to 3 in office days per week. Relocation assistance available. Travel: Occasional travel to Humana offices for training or meetings may be required.
