As a Pre-Press Operator, you will prepare and refine digital art files for lithographic and digital press production at our Nashville location. You will work closely with press and finishing teams to ensure files meet production requirements, print accurately, and stay on schedule. Your work is important to delivering high-quality print materials that meet Fiserv standards and customer specifications. What you'll do:Prepare and review digital artwork for print production, ensuring accurate color, layout, image resolution, and font usage. Use Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including In. Design, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat, to edit, adjust, and prepare files for offset and digital presses. Set up and prepare electronic files according to customer requirements and printer specifications. Troubleshoot file and machine-related issues that affect production quality or schedule and apply corrective action to maintain workflow. Collaborate with press and finishing teams to confirm imposed files meet production standards before release to print. Inspect files for print readiness and verify output aligns with quality, formatting, and deadline requirements. Experience you'll need to have:3 years of experience in pre-press operations supporting offset and digital print production in a manufacturing or production environment 1 year of experience using Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including Photoshop, Illustrator, In. Design, and Acrobat, to prepare production-ready files. Ability to review digital artwork for print accuracy, including color, layout, image quality, and typography, and identify file issues before production. Ability to visually distinguish color and maintain the visual acuity required to perform layout and print preparation work. High school diploma, Associate degree, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience. Experience that would be great to have:Two-year vocational or technical training in graphic design or a related field. Knowledge of offset and digital printing processes. Experience preparing files to customer and printer specifications in a commercial print environment. How you'll work:You will work an assigned schedule of Monday-Friday 7:00 am-3:30 pm. This role requires flexibility to work overtime, including weekends and holidays. Sponsorship:You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role.
