Reporting to the CHRO, this role enhances the Human Capital Divisions agility, efficiency, and impact. It connects priorities, drives alignment, and accelerates execution to deliver business outcomes. What You'll Do:Serve as a trusted advisor to the CHRO, providing insights to inform decisions Partner with the Executive Assistant to optimize calendar and capacity management Represent the CHR - Os perspective in meetings and communications Drive execution of key priorities and improve operating processes Provide decision support through data analysis and synthesis Draft executive communications and lead change management efforts Act on behalf of the CHRO to remove barriers and accelerate progress Resolve non-complex issues and prioritize CHRO engagement Analyze metrics and trends to identify risks and opportunities; escalate as needed Knowledge and Skills Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities Ability to influence stakeholders and navigate complexity Strong synthesis and communication of complex information Excellent project and process management skills Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication Ability to facilitate senior-level discussions and drive action Resilient, agile, and effective in ambiguous environments Growth mindset with a focus on continuous improvement. What You'll Need: Bachelor's Degree required 7 years professional experience with at least three years in leadership. Experience managing complex initiatives and driving organizational change What Could Set You Apart: Advanced Degree (Masters or MBA). HC strategy or consultative experience with a focus on operations management. Strong project management skills with experience leading enterprise level initiatives.
