First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00 am to 04:00 pm)Communicate with industrial and manufacturing customers by phone and email. Prepare quotes, process orders, and track shipments. Maintain customer accounts and CRM/sales databases. Identify customer needs and recommend products or services. Resolve customer issues related to pricing, delivery, or product availability. Maintain strong customer relationships and professional communication. Inside Sales Qualifications:Customer service or inside sales experience helpful. Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and ERP/ CRM systems. Good communication, organization, and multitasking abilities. Mechanical aptitude or industrial product knowledge is often preferred. Ability to work in fast-paced industrial environments. Applicant may be subject to a background check.
