As a Rental Fleet Dispatcher, you will coordinate the movement and availability of our rental vehicle fleet to meet customer demand. Depending on the location, your responsibilities may include inventorying vehicles, tracking the status and movement of cars, and dispatching vehicles to the appropriate locations. You will communicate with internal teams and, at times, external partners to coordinate vehicle movements or transports, prepare and compile reports, and help ensure vehicles are available, positioned correctly, and ready for customers. Your work plays a key role in supporting a smooth customer experience. What We’re Looking For: - Valid Driver’s License - Effective verbal and written communication skills - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite of applications (Excel, Word) - Willingness to work outdoors or near a mechanical shop with a moderate noise level - Flexibility to work all shifts - Must be able to type, sit, stand, walk, or move throughout the rental lot; enter and exit vehicles for prolonged periods; and drive a variety of vehicles - Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States - This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely - 6 months dispatcher, logistics, or coordination experience in a fast-paced environment is a bonus.
