Proceed PSI/ SCP activities to ensure on time right quantity allocation and delivery to customer - The Supply Chain Forecast Analyst is responsible for ensuring product availability to meet forecasted demand by account, receiving order based on allocation, and delivering to customer on time - Input weekly AP 2 forecast to maximize product allocation by each account and by site. - Track weekly order received by customer and process and manage customer order to meet on time delivery - Operate logistics order process such as diversion and stock transfer - Publish daily/weekly operating report (PSI/ SCP) - Develop and maintain accurate short-term (6 months) demand forecasts for assigned product category (audio products), using historical data, market trends, and insights from cross-functional teams - Manage and operate weekly demand forecast by SKU/site level and provide customer order commitment and update top-line forecast to secure short-term (6 months) supply - Collaborate with Product Management, Business Management, Sales, and Operations teams to understand new product launches, promotions, and other events impacting demand and adjust forecasts accordingly - Monitor inventory levels and develop strategies to balance inventory investment against service level targets - Coordinate with HQ to ensure optimal production scheduling and supplier management to meet demand requirements - Monitor sales order receiving and shipping process to secure monthly sales targets - Provide regular updates and recommendations to senior management on demand, inventory, and supply chain performance - Analyze and publish weekly ATS/aging report to maximize monthly sales and minimize inventory - Weekly MPO /factory aging inventory management Requirements: - Education in business, supply chain, economics, or similar - 3-4 years of experience (entry level) - Supply chain, data analysis, and logistics operation. - Advanced Excel - Bilingual Korean and English required - General knowledge of supply chain operations related to employee's specific area of work, and limited knowledge of overall supply chain operations - Ability to identify standard problems within the supply chain cycle and makes a recommendation to change either methods or dates; may authorize standard changes to ensure customer satisfaction - Ability to read, prepare, interpret, and understand information from various sales, purchase, and transfer order - Works on problems of limited and routine scope where limited analysis of data requires identification of predetermined solutions - Ability to orientate in fast-paced environment in timely manner and willingness to take initiative Staffmark talent working with this client receive competitive compensation and a great benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401 K, paid time off, and more!
