Determine specialized product needs and services by working directly with customers. Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions. Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments. Keep customers apprised of work progress. What You'll Need to Have for the Role:A minimum of one year of service experience is preferred. Previous RV product or camping lifestyle. Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed. Excellent organization and follow up skills are required. The ability to follow department procedures and policies. Valid driver's license preferred. May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices. Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending. General Compensation Disclosure. The pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated. A reasonable estimate of the total annual compensation range (base pay variable compensation earned) is $50,000 - $75,000 or more. This is a commission-based role with uncapped commissions.
