You will develop and optimize Large Language Model-based analytics solutions to transform business operations. Be part of a product team of about 20 data scientists, machine learning engineers, and platform engineers focused on developing and maintaining agentic solutions & machine learning solutions and big data platforms. Leverage commercial (for example, Azure OpenAI) and open-source (for example, google Gemma) LL - Ms to build agentic solutions that help end users accelerate their daily workflows intuitively and efficiently. Drive seamless integration of LLM models with existing platforms and enterprise systems. Build and scale robust data connectors and knowledge bases for agentic systems. Collaborate with machine learning engineers to build scalable data pipelines and develop new machine learning models. Design and implement tools and processes across the ML - Ops lifecycle, including model development, deployment, serving, monitoring, and experimentation. Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and business subject matter experts to enhance the end-to-end analytics platform and supporting infrastructure. Hands-on industry or research experience developing natural language processing models and training and deploying deep learning solutions using Tensor. Flow or Py. Torch. Strong programming skills in Python. Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and principles. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure is a plus. Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning Engineering, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
